MHC’s mental health hospitals deliver psychotherapeutic interventions through both group and individual sessions with members of the multi-disciplinary team and nurses with specific therapeutic skills.
Each patient will have a very clear structured daily programme that they are required to engage in. This incorporates therapy with components of the Activities Programme whilst also ensuring that general overall physical and mental health needs are met.
