MHC is committed to ensuring that all service users and patients receive the best possible quality of care at all times. We understand that the training and development of our staff is key to achieving this commitment and to ensuring that placement authorities get quality, value for money and desired outcomes.
In addition to providing all mandatory training, MHC is committed to encouraging staff to develop their knowledge and expertise through specific university-accredited training funded by MHC or through internal and external training days regularly organised and delivered by experts in their respective fields.
