This initial training will be followed by a period of support and 'buddying' in the homes, to make sure you feel comfortable and confident before embarking on your new career.

Staff support We will continue to provide you with training and development programmes, both to ensure that you are continuously improving your skills within your role, and to equip you to take full advantage of the various career opportunities within the Company.

There are many people within MHC who began their careers as Support Workers, and through their own dedication, drive and commitment to continuous learning, have moved on to become Team Leaders and Home Managers.
