Stakeholder Questionnaire

Stakeholder questionnaires are presented to visiting professionals, those with practising privileges, families and advocates etc.

The questionnaires are comprehensive in detail and invite the participant to comment on all areas of the service the home provides, covering diverse areas such as accommodation, food, activities, risk assessment, goal setting, staff competence and management style.

Completed questionnaires are returned directly to Head Office by free post mail for the attention of the Group Audit Manager, who monitors the final outcomes, taking appropriate action where required. Copies of the questionnaires are issued to the respective Home Manager .
